1. What UdaiSpot does
1.1A platform. UdaiSpot is an online platform where people list, search for and enquire about property, stays, venues, materials and services in and around Udaipur. We provide information and introductions only.
1.2Not a party. We are not the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, builder, promoter, agent or broker in any transaction on the Platform, and we are not a party to any agreement between users.
1.3No advice. Content on the Platform is for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, valuation, engineering or architectural advice. Please take advice from a qualified professional for your situation.
2. Information on the Platform
2.1User-provided. Listings, requirements, prices, areas, photos, floor plans, amenities, availability, ownership claims and reviews are provided by users and third parties. We do not independently verify them and do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete, current or lawful.
2.2Indicative only. Prices, rent, rates, area, dimensions, distances, map pins and photos are indicative. Photos and descriptions may not match the actual condition of the property. Always inspect in person and check against official records.
2.3Our review. Our moderation checks for completeness and obvious problems. It is not an inspection or legal verification. A listing being live, featured or marked with a badge is not a guarantee about it.
2.4Verified badge. A "verified" label means only that the specific documents or details named were checked against what was shown to us at that time. It is not a title certificate, legal opinion or guarantee, and it may become out of date.
3. Risks in property dealings
3.1Legal and title risk. Property can be affected by defective title, forged or incomplete documents, multiple sales, mortgages, attachments, litigation, inheritance disputes, encroachment, government acquisition, unapproved layouts, land-use limits and unpaid taxes or dues. We do not check for these unless a service we name says so, and then only within its stated scope.
3.2RERA and approvals. Registration under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and approvals from local authorities may apply to projects and agents. We do not guarantee that any listing is registered or approved. Check the project or agent on the official Rajasthan RERA website and ask for approvals in writing.
3.3Your checks. Before paying or signing, verify through your own advocate and the relevant government offices the other party's identity and authority, title and chain of documents, encumbrances, mutation and jamabandi, conversion and approvals, boundaries and physical possession.
3.4Agents and brokers. Some users are agents or brokers. They act for themselves, not for us. Any brokerage or commission is between you and them. We neither set it nor collect it.
4. No responsibility for dealings between users
4.1Our position. We are not responsible or liable for any transaction, negotiation, agreement, payment, advance, token, deposit, loan, booking, visit or dispute between users, or between you and any professional, vendor, lender or venue, or for any resulting loss.
4.2Fraud and misrepresentation. We cannot rule out fake listings, impersonation, double-selling or other fraud by users. If you are defrauded, report it to the police and to us. We will cooperate with lawful requests, but we are not liable for the loss.
4.3Disputes and legal challenges. If a legal challenge, claim or notice arises over a property, document, service or booking, it is for the parties involved to resolve. We may give information to authorities and courts where the law requires, and may hide or remove a listing that is disputed.
5. Services, loans, plans and vendors
5.1Independent professionals. Document verification, registry assistance, rental agreements, legal help, loans, civil and architectural plans and materials are provided by independent professionals, lenders and vendors. We introduce and coordinate. They are responsible for their own work, advice, licences, charges and conduct.
5.2No guaranteed result. We cannot guarantee any approval, registry, mutation, sanction, plan pass, delivery or timeline. Government and lender decisions are outside our control.
5.3Calculators and estimates. EMI calculators, rate cards, eligibility checks and cost estimates are for guidance only and are not an offer or commitment. The lender's or provider's terms govern.
5.4Shops and materials. Prices, stock, specifications and quality shown for shops and materials come from vendors and may change. The vendor is responsible for the product, price, delivery and warranty.
5.5Not a lender or adviser. We are not a bank, lender or loan agent and we do not give investment, tax or legal advice. A lender, not UdaiSpot, decides whether to sanction a loan and on what terms.
6. Stays, venues and events
6.1Venue responsibility. Resorts, hotels, marriage venues and pools are run by their owners. They are responsible for licences, safety, hygiene, food, staff, capacity, services and any injury, loss or damage. We do not inspect or certify them.
6.2Bookings. A request through the Platform is not a confirmed booking until the venue or our desk confirms it. Prices and cancellation rules are the venue's.
7. Reviews, third-party content and availability
7.1Reviews. Reviews and comments are the opinions of their authors, not ours. We may remove content that breaks our policies but we do not verify every review.
7.2Links and maps. Links and map data come from other providers. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
7.3Availability. We try to keep the Platform available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features without notice.
8. Staying safe: our suggestions
8.1Before you pay. Do not pay any token or advance until you have seen the property, met the owner and had the documents checked by your own advocate. Be careful of prices far below the market and of anyone who rushes you.
8.2Payments. Use bank transfers or other traceable methods, avoid large cash payments and take written, signed receipts.
8.3Never share. Never share one-time codes, passwords, card details or UPI PINs. We will never ask for them. Be careful with UPI collect requests and requests to install apps.
8.4Official records. Cross-check with the Sub-Registrar, the local body, revenue records and the Rajasthan RERA website before relying on any claim.
8.5Report it. Report suspicious listings or users with the report option, or through the Grievance Redressal page.
9. Acceptance
9.1Part of our Terms. This Disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Platform you accept it. Where it conflicts with other text on the Platform, this Disclaimer and the Terms prevail, to the extent the law allows.
9.2Your rights. Nothing here removes any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
